Step by Step
Reaching out can feel like the hardest step, but it's the most important one. This is a relaxed, no pressure conversation, simply getting to know each other and to see if we will work together well. No long forms, no pressure. Just tell me a little about what brought you here, or simply say hello.
Most people leave their first session feeling lighter, clearer, and more understood.This is a relaxed, informal conversation where we get to know each other. You can share what you're going through, what you're hoping to achieve, and ask me anything you'd like to know about how I work.
Your first full session is all about you. Are you feeling stuck even though everything looks fine on the outside? Together we'll start making sense of what's been feeling off. There's no agenda — just an open, honest conversation at your own pace.
Each session is tailored entirely to you. Depending on your needs, we might use counselling techniques to process past experiences, coaching tools to set and work towards goals, mindfulness practices to build calm and resilience, or a blend of all three.
Every few sessions we'll pause to reflect on how things are going. Are you moving towards your goals? Is there anything you'd like to do differently? This keeps our work focused, relevant, and genuinely useful to you.
The goal of our work together isn't for you to need me forever — it's to give you the tools, confidence, and clarity to navigate life on your own terms. When you're ready to move forward independently, that's a success worth celebrating.
What to Expect
Every session begins with a genuine check-in. How are you feeling today? What's on your mind? There's no rushing straight into heavy topics.
We'll identify what you'd like to work on in the session — whether that's processing something difficult, working towards a goal, or simply having space to think.
You'll leave with something tangible — whether that's a new perspective, a practical strategy, or a mindfulness technique to try between sessions.
Everything shared in sessions stays between us. You can speak freely, knowing your privacy is completely respected and protected.
I'll always be genuine with you. If something might help you, I'll say so — with kindness and care, never judgement.
Change takes time, but you'll feel the shift. Most clients notice a difference in how they think and feel within just a few sessions.
Common Worries
You don't need to. That's what the discovery call is for. Just show up and we'll figure it out together.
That's completely okay — and actually quite common. This is a safe space and emotions are always welcome here.
There is no bar to clear. If something is affecting your life, it matters — and you deserve support.
Life happens. Just let me know as soon as you can and we'll find another time that works for you.
