Reach Out

Reaching out can feel like the hardest step, but it's the most important one. This is a relaxed, no pressure conversation, simply getting to know each other and to see if we will work together well. No long forms, no pressure. Just tell me a little about what brought you here, or simply say hello.

Most people leave their first session feeling lighter, clearer, and more understood.

Discovery Call

This is a relaxed, informal conversation where we get to know each other. You can share what you're going through, what you're hoping to achieve, and ask me anything you'd like to know about how I work.

No commitment required. This call is purely to see if we're a good fit. If we are, we'll arrange your first session. If not, that's completely fine too — I want this to feel right for you.

Getting to Know You

Your first full session is all about you. Are you feeling stuck even though everything looks fine on the outside? Together we'll start making sense of what's been feeling off. There's no agenda — just an open, honest conversation at your own pace.

You don't need to prepare anything. Just show up as you are. There are no right or wrong answers, and nothing you say will be judged.

Ongoing — 60 Minutes Each

Your Sessions

Each session is tailored entirely to you. Depending on your needs, we might use counselling techniques to process past experiences, coaching tools to set and work towards goals, mindfulness practices to build calm and resilience, or a blend of all three.

Sessions are held online via video call, so you can join from anywhere — your home, your car, wherever feels comfortable and private.

Reviewing Progress

Every few sessions we'll pause to reflect on how things are going. Are you moving towards your goals? Is there anything you'd like to do differently? This keeps our work focused, relevant, and genuinely useful to you.

You are always in control. You decide how many sessions you have, how often we meet, and when you feel ready to take a break or finish.

That's completely okay — and actually quite common. This is a safe space and emotions are always welcome here.

There is no bar to clear. If something is affecting your life, it matters — and you deserve support.

"What if I need to cancel a session?"

Life happens. Just let me know as soon as you can and we'll find another time that works for you.
