How I Can Help
Counselling provides a confidential, non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, grief, or life transitions, I'm here to listen without judgement and help you find your way forward.
Drawing on my Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling, I use an integrative approach tailored to your unique needs — combining person-centred practice with practical tools for change.
Coaching is future-focused and action-oriented. Together we identify where you want to be, uncover what's holding you back, and build a clear, practical plan to get you there. I combine Goal Settings to Success and Transformation Life Coaching methodologies to create lasting change.
This is for you if you want to gain confidence, clarity about your direction, and the motivation to pursue your dreams.
Woven into every session, mindfulness and positive psychology tools help you build resilience, develop a healthier relationship with your thoughts, and cultivate genuine wellbeing — not just the absence of struggle, but the presence of joy.
These approaches form the backbone of the practical strategies I use in my own life and now share with clients for real, measurable change.
Common Questions
The first session is a gentle introduction — a chance for us to meet, for you to share what brought you here, and for me to understand your goals. There's no pressure. We'll discuss how we might work together and what you hope to achieve.
Yes. Everything shared in sessions is strictly confidential. The only exceptions are if I believe there is a serious risk to your safety or the safety of others, in which case I'm ethically bound to take appropriate action — and I would always discuss this with you first where possible.
This varies from person to person. Some clients benefit from a short series of 6–8 sessions; others prefer ongoing support. We'll review progress regularly and you're always in control of how long we work together.
Yes — sessions are available online via video call, making it easy to access support from the comfort of your own home, wherever you are.
Counselling tends to focus on processing the past and present — working through emotions, experiences and patterns. Coaching is more forward-facing — focused on goals, actions and creating the future you want. Many clients benefit from elements of both, which is something we can discuss together.
Send me a message and we'll figure it out together — with no obligation.
